Good questions

Before you choose.

Where should I start?

Start with the gap you can describe: a weak or missing website, a repeated administrative handoff, or calls your team cannot take. Websites are the main entry service; automations and voice are separately scoped complements, not mandatory add-ons.

Can I buy a published plan without a sales call?

Yes. Use the selector for a published website or voice plan and review the setup, due-today amount, recurring charges and commitment. The PayPal button uses the existing plan. You can also ask for an invoice. A consultation is optional; custom automation and coordinated bundles require an agreed quote.

What is due at signing for Website Starter?

$1,196 before applicable tax: $997 setup plus month 1 at $199. Then $199/month, with a 6-month minimum. The minimum base commitment is $2,191. Website Pro is $2,346 initially ($1,997 + $349), then $349/month; the published Terms specify a 6-month minimum, a $4,091 minimum base commitment.

What happens after a one-time website launch offer?

Through 31 Dec 2026, Starter is $1,997 one-time and Pro is $4,500 one-time. Each includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, hosting and updates need separately agreed Website Maintenance at $249/month. That care subscription is not silently added to the one-time checkout.

What do business automations include?

Examples include inquiry acknowledgements and lead routing/CRM, booking messages, proposal and onboarding handoffs, approved follow-up, invoice PDFs and payment reminders. Every project needs a workflow review, supported integrations, access and internal testing. This describes a service offering, not a claim that every integration is already enabled.

Does the AI receptionist book appointments or dispatch staff?

No. It captures caller details and requests for your team. Your team follows up and confirms the job. Booking confirmations or reminders belong to a separately scoped workflow. The receptionist is not an emergency service and should not be your only urgent-call route.

How do the voice pilot and extra minutes work?

The $297 pilot starts at checkout and covers 30 days with up to 500 connected minutes and setup included. Unless cancelled before day 30, it continues as Pro at $497/month with 700 minutes; setup is waived. Extra minutes are $0.65 each, invoiced separately. The published 30-day pilot money-back guarantee applies; see the refund policy for its exact scope.

Do you guarantee leads, rankings or revenue?

No. We can agree deliverables, tests and responsibilities, not business outcomes. Demo sites are design examples, not proof of customer results. You own your domain, content and customer data under the published terms and accepted scope.

Can you automate regulated or sensitive workflows?

Not by default. Keep sensitive medical, legal and payment-card information out of general inquiry forms. Access, data handling, applicable requirements and provider suitability need a separate feasibility review; no blanket compliance claim is made.

What about refunds, cancellation and custom work?

Voice monthly plans and website commitments are not interchangeable. Review the existing Terms and Refund Policy before purchase. A custom automation project needs written scope and applicable commercial terms; no new standard automation refund schedule or price is created by this FAQ.
