Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers payments to MendRev for the 30-day pilot, monthly plans, annual plans and setup. To cancel or ask for a refund, email nitesh@mendrev.com from the email on your account.

30-day pilot ($297)

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy within 30 days of buying the pilot, email us and we'll refund the $297 pilot fee.

If you don't cancel before day 30, the pilot continues as Pro at $497/month from day 31, and the $497 setup fee is waived.

Monthly plans

• No minimum term. Cancel anytime.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep the service until then.
• We don't give refunds or credits for partial months.

Annual plans

• Full refund if you cancel within 30 days of payment.
• After 30 days, annual payments are non-refundable. Your service continues until the end of the paid year.

Setup fee ($497)

The setup fee is refunded only if we can't get you live within 10 business days of payment, as long as you sent us the information we asked for. It isn't charged on annual plans or when a pilot continues as a paid plan.

Overage and add-ons

Charges for minutes already used above your allowance are non-refundable. Monthly add-ons follow the monthly plan rules above.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
