Terms of Service

These terms cover the MendRev AI receptionist service ("MendRev", "we", "us"), operated by Nitesh Miriyal. They apply to the business that signs up ("you"). By paying for a plan or the pilot, you agree to them. Questions: nitesh@mendrev.com.

1. The service

MendRev provides an AI receptionist for your business phone calls. It picks up calls you forward to your MendRev number and takes the caller's details and requests. We agree with you during onboarding how those details reach you. It is built on third-party AI and telephony services.

The receptionist is software. It can mishear, misunderstand or give an incomplete answer. You are responsible for reviewing the details we send and calling customers back. MendRev does not dispatch technicians or confirm appointments for you.

MendRev is not an emergency service. For a gas smell, carbon monoxide alarm, fire or other danger, the receptionist tells callers to leave the home and call 911. Do not rely on MendRev as the only way urgent calls reach you.

2. Plans and minutes

• Starter: $297/month, 300 minutes included.
• Pro: $497/month, 700 minutes included.
• Elite: $997/month, 1,500 minutes included, up to 3 phone numbers or locations.
• Annual plans: $2,970, $4,970 or $9,970 per year (2 months free), paid up front, with no setup fee.
• Overage: connected minutes above your monthly allowance are $0.65 per minute, billed monthly in arrears.
• Extra phone number or location: $49/month.

Unused minutes do not roll over. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which will be added where required.

3. Setup

Monthly plans include a one-time $497 setup and onboarding fee. It is waived on annual plans and when a pilot continues as a paid plan. Setup covers your call script and knowledge base, call routing, a phone number and test calls. You'll be live within 10 business days of payment, as long as you send us the information we ask for.

4. The 30-day pilot

The pilot costs $297, paid once at checkout, and gives you 30 days of the Pro plan with up to 500 minutes and setup included. The pilot starts at checkout. Unless you cancel before day 30, it continues as Pro at $497/month starting on day 31, charged to the payment method you used, and the $497 setup fee is waived. To cancel, email nitesh@mendrev.com.

5. Billing and payment

• Plans renew automatically each month or year and are charged to your card or bank account on file.
• If we agree to invoice you instead, monthly invoices are due within 7 days and annual invoices within 15 days. One-off invoices, such as setup, are due on receipt.
• If a payment fails, we will retry it and email you. If it is still unpaid, we may pause the service. While it's paused, turn off call forwarding so calls ring your own line. Accounts unpaid for 30 days may be cancelled. You can reactivate within 60 days without a new setup fee.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Monthly plans have no minimum term. You can cancel anytime by emailing nitesh@mendrev.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

7. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, service area, hours and pricing, and tell us when it changes.
• Set up and maintain call forwarding from your own phone line.
• Comply with the laws that apply to your business and your calls, including any required notices to callers about recording or AI assistance.
• Do not use MendRev for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes.

8. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any number of calls, leads, bookings or revenue. Any figures on our website are estimates or examples, not promises.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MendRev is not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages, including missed or misrouted calls. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. We will email you before a price change takes effect on your plan. Continuing to use MendRev after a change means you accept it.
