Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MendRev ("we") collects and how we use it. MendRev is operated by Nitesh Miriyal. Questions or requests: nitesh@mendrev.com.

1. Information we collect

From contractors who use MendRev: your name, business name, email, phone number, billing address, forwarding number and details about your business that we use to set up the receptionist. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card or bank account number.

From people who call our customers: when someone calls a contractor that uses MendRev, we process the call audio and the details the caller gives, such as name, phone number, address and the problem they describe. We do this on behalf of the contractor to deliver the service.

From this website: the site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The contact form does not store anything on the site; it opens your own email app. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operations.

2. How we use information

• To answer calls and pass the call details to the contractor.
• To set up, support, bill and improve the service, including reviewing calls to fix scripts.
• To reply to your messages and send service and billing emails.
• To meet legal, tax and security obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use callers' information for our own marketing.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run MendRev, such as Stripe (payments), our AI voice and telephony providers (to handle calls) and Hostinger (website and email hosting), and with the contractor whose line was called. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep call details while the contractor's account is active and delete them on request, unless we need to keep them for billing, legal or security reasons.

5. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing nitesh@mendrev.com. If you called a contractor that uses MendRev, you can also contact that contractor directly.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
