Business Automations · Built around your business

Connect the work.
Keep people in control.

Your website brings the inquiry in. We help connect the next steps — from an acknowledgement and a clear team handoff to booking messages, onboarding and payment follow-up.

Start with a website that makes contacting you easy. Add the workflows your team actually needs, with AI voice as an optional complement for calls you cannot take.

Custom scope and quote. Tools, permissions, integration availability and any third-party costs are reviewed before you approve the work.

An example, not a one-size-fits-all package

  1. Inquiry arrivesFrom an agreed website form or channel.
  2. Acknowledge & routeSend a receipt and assign the right owner.
  3. Coordinate next stepsTrack the booking, proposal or onboarding task.
  4. Follow throughIssue agreed billing messages and flag exceptions.

The actual flow is designed around your team and supported integrations. Approval gates and manual fallbacks stay part of the plan.

What we can scope

Practical workflows, from first contact to follow-up.

Choose the steps that matter. These are examples of project scope, not a claim that every tool connects instantly or every workflow is already enabled.

Inquiries, lead routing & CRM

Acknowledge new inquiries, capture the details your team needs and route them to an agreed inbox, team channel or CRM owner. Define duplicate handling and what happens when a delivery fails.

Booking confirmations & reminders

Connect supported booking tools to confirmations, reminders and reschedule or cancellation messages. Agree timezones, timing and who handles exceptions before enabling customer messages.

Proposals, onboarding & follow-up

Trigger an approved proposal handoff, onboarding checklist or follow-up task from the right status change. Keep pricing, commitments and sensitive messages behind the approval steps you choose.

Branded invoices & payment messages

Scope branded invoice PDFs, verified payment receipts and due reminders around your agreed terms. Define invoice dates, amounts and ownership; payment handling depends on your provider and integration.

Workflow audits & a useful plan

Map the journey from inquiry to delivery, identify repeated manual steps and prioritise a manageable first workflow. The audit can stand alone; a build follows only after the scope is agreed.

Visibility, exceptions & handoff

Plan event records, team notices and a manual fallback so a failed integration does not silently disappear. Agree access, maintenance and responsibility for checking the workflow.

How we work

Understand it. Scope it. Test it. Then approve it.

1. Review the real workflow

Bring your current steps, tools and biggest friction point. We review data sources, permissions and where a person should make the decision.

2. Agree a custom scope

You receive a defined workflow, deliverables, dependencies and quote. Any paid apps, usage charges or ongoing care are discussed separately — no automatic subscription commitments.

3. Build and test safely

Test with sample data and approved internal recipients. Check duplicate events, timing, missing fields and failure paths before a customer-facing release.

4. Approve the launch and handoff

Customer messages and payment-related actions go live only after your review. Agree how to pause the workflow, handle exceptions and request future changes.

A sensible fit

Your tools and your process set the scope.

A supported API, webhook or approved connector may be needed. Access, account plans, data quality and provider limits can change what is possible. We confirm feasibility before promising an integration or a launch date.

Automations support your team; they do not replace judgement, guarantee sales, or remove your responsibility for customer data, billing terms and consent. We agree which data is necessary and who can access it.

Do I need a new website?

No. We can review a workflow around an existing website and supported tools. If your website needs attention first, start with Website Solutions.

Does this include AI call answering?

Not by default. Voice Solutions is complementary. The receptionist captures caller details for your team; booking and downstream automation are separately scoped.

Is every integration ready to switch on?

No. Each project needs an assessment, authorised access, configuration, testing and your approval. This page describes services available for consultation, not an instant or fully turnkey integration package.

How is it priced?

By an agreed custom quote after reviewing the workflow. The quote identifies build scope and any separately approved third-party or ongoing costs. Existing website and voice prices are unchanged.

Choose your plan

Website Starter: $1,196 at signing, then $199/month, 6-month minimum.

What to check before you pay

Check your plan, setup fee, recurring amount, minimum term and any separately invoiced usage or tax. Website Starter and Pro monthly builds have a 6-month minimum under the existing Terms. Website Maintenance is $249/month. Voice is not an emergency service and does not independently confirm appointments. Automation projects require approved scope, access and testing. No ranking, traffic, lead or revenue guarantees.

Website Starter launches within 7 business days and Pro within 10, after required content and setup payment. Voice setup is within 10 business days of payment with required information supplied. These are the existing published conditions. Outside-plan work remains $125/hour, quoted in writing first. Website + Voice is coordinated separately because there is no verified combined self-serve checkout plan. Other mixes need a quote.
